Georgetown Purchasing Department


The Purchasing Department oversees the operation of the City’s central receiving/distribution warehouse. The warehouse stocks and delivers various janitorial, office, automotive, and utility supplies. Fixed asset inventory control is another function of the Department. Inventory control involves identifying and tagging all items to be added to the inventory and also involves the disposal of surplus or salvage property.

The City of Georgetown Warehouse is located at the Georgetown Municipal Complex.

Receiving hours for the warehouse are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
